In an important security update, pupils and/or parents will now require a pin/password to access Zoom calls arranged with Teachers, Learning Assistants and Learning Support Assistants.
You will have been shared the Personal Meeting ID of the member of staff and be invited to join them online at a certain time. From today, you will also require an additional pin/password to enter the call. This is an important security feature which will prevent any person inadvertently entering the call.
ISB Staff will be sending this additional pin/password by email. Please also note that these will be changed at least weekly for additional security.
Personal Meeting ID (PMI): Stays the same, just like a phone number
Pin/Password: Needed for each call and changed weekly for security
